no help for them

I am currently out of the country and have been trying to submit a claim for over a month now. I have tried all the e-mails that I could find on the websites and no one gets back to me or it comes back undelivered.It's easier for me to find a unicorn in my backyard that get them to respond. Perhaps someone could contact me
