No follow up. Home owners insurance

No response regarding progress of claim. I have been leaving emails and Monday I received a reply stating claim still with management for review. Almost for 2 weeks. This is so frustrating all I need to know is what's happening . When we logged the claim we were told that thy will keep us inform. Not happening. I need to phone and send emails everytime Not fair and unprofessional. Where is the empathy towards customers. This was logged the 18 May 2025. I need to understand why must it take so long. We family of 5 yes accommodation we're arranged thanks for thar. But when r u guys fixing our house.
