NO follow up
I called Standard bank i think about 3 weeks ago and i was told that the systems are offline and they will call once the systems are up and running. I only received one call from them and because i was in a meeting couldn't answer. Now no-one has ever tried to call me to ethically close the call. You cannot expect us to have our phone on our hands 24/7 to wait for your call. I am disputing the amount

23 Nov 2021, 16:46I called because I am not happy with the increase of premium where else I have asked that I don't want the premium to increase initially. I cannot afford that premium. I called and the systems were offline. I was only called once and I couldn't answer and nobody ever followed up but it was not my fault that your systems were not working
