No follow through

I have leak above my bathroom roof, I have notified SB about this.

They sent out a very ***** contractor, who previously quoted R6000 to replace 1 (one) gutter at my property.

The contractor insisted that the leak was caused by lack of maintenance, despite the fact that the ceiling was painted only a few months before by another SB contractor.

Calling to follow up, is only a waste of airtime, as one have to hold forever for your call to be taken
