No feedback provided

I've sent numerous emails to standard bank but haven't recieved any positive feedback.I have a gyser problem and my front door is broken. Nothing is happening , cant get through to their contact center. I'm really frustrated with their poor service as I'm stuck with unresolved problems for weeks now. I would like this matter to get the most urgent attention
