No Feedback Once again

<p>Good day </p> <p> </p> <p>Please be advised I have gotten no feedback going for 05 months now.</p> <p> </p> <p>1st Claim Logged - 15th May 2016 - Accompained by this would be a Ceiling claim - NO Feedback yet claim Closed.</p> <p>2nd CLaim Logged 17th August 2016- Accompained by this would be a Ceiling claim - NO Feedback yet claim Closed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been very patient to this, But howver due to the Heavy rains I have just found out that the contractors who worked on this who replaced my gyser left some gaps in which water has seeped through cauing more damage. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have contacted your cliams dept 03 times this week and was notifed that the claim for my roof have not been logged, I was promised yesterday someone would contact me back, but no one did.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am asking STD Bank for once to take me searious in my matter, Due to the extent of the damages and for me waiting this long to repair my roof, I would Like STD to write of the excess thats forth comming for my damages.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope to hear from you soon. </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>MR Lost his Patience. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
