No feedback on claim

I had a claim through Standard Bank insurance, I have sent an email on 17 January 2022 and since then I have had no feedback. I am really disappointed and upset that I have not heard or gotten any feedback regarding my claim. Standard Bank insurance is such a well known company and for them to not have gotten back to me is really unprofessional.
