No feedback on claim

I logged a claim end Jan/early Feb - I received a sms that out claim was allocated with the claim nr on 4 Feb 2022. I have sent mails and tried to contact Standard Bank Insurance but receiving absolutely NO feedback from you. Not even a sms. I have sent through the Proforma Invoice as requested and haven’t heard anything therafter.

Please could someone get back to me. Being a month now with no feesback is unacceptable.
