No Feedback

Follow up on initially enquiry sent on Monday 27 March 2021. Its so disappointing that something this serious go unnoticed or enquired. I wrote a review almost a week ago querying my arranged debit orders that where returned to my bank with reason NOT PROVIDED FOR when I had available funds.I am yet to recieve feedback from Charlene Le Fluer who only sent an acknowledgment email.The communication with this company is below poor its none existant. I really at my wits end here. I only just give up
