NO FEEDBACK

I submitted a claim over a month ago with Standard Bank Home Insurance, its been over a month now . I am not getting any call back or feedback I sent numerous emails as well no reply... I spoke to Prudence Madima she said I can call her anytime on *** but when I dial her number it goes straight to voice mail. I would like somebody to contact me and at least tell me what is going on. When will my claim be finalized.
