NO feedback

I am tired of sitting on the phone, day after day, 25 - 50 minutes to get through. This flood happened on the 5th March and my Husband had a stroke on the 8th March, so you ca imagine the stress I am going through, I am on the phone again now 21 minutes waiting to get through. Can someone who can give me answers, please phone me as promised many times. You are basically driving to have a stroke.
