No FeedBack

Still NO FEEDBACK after std bank requested that I get motivational letters from contractors regarding the damages to my property due to the storm last year. I have emailed them on numerous instances advising that as per THEIR request I get letters from independent contractors advising that the damages to my property was due to the storm.

This has been done and emailed through Twice with not response from that department. If you try calling (goodluck) you sit on the phone with no answer and if you try emailing there is no response that the mail was received and that someone is looking at the query.

These people just take you money, they are similar to ******** but at least with ******** you get feedback.

Please for the love of God can someone from this department provide feedback on my request.
