No direct response

I write this review very frustrated. I am a Standard Bank client who has a vehicle finance with them. Standard bank had arranged an insurance for the vehicle on my behalf. Now I have been involved in minor car accident, trying to put a claim, for the full month of May until now, they send me from pillar to post.

They tell me that their system cannot verify the information about the insurance and yet money has been deducted from my account since October 2021.
