No customer service pathetic!
I want to give it a 0 but it's not an option. I have been trying for more than a month to put in a claim. I cannot sit on the phone for hours as it tells me I'm 76th in the queue, please hold, blah blah. No thank you. I have send no less than 20 emails already trying to find someone to assist me, no luck. The service is absolutely!!! pathetic. I keep getting automated responses but never anybody to actually assist me. I would advise everybody to PLEASE, for your own sanity, never get a policy with Standard Bank. They really do not care about their clients at all. The level of pathetic worthless service I have received is beyond belief.

02 Jun 2022, 13:41Well, I assume your reply was for eye blind? No one has contacted me and I am still sitting with the same problem. I want to put in a claim. Seriously?? You want to take money every month but when it comes to claiming you make it as difficult as you possibly can?? This is ridiculous. Seriously!!!! Someone must contact me via email. I have asked this in about 20 emails already. I can not always answer my phone. I want to put in a claim! I want to put in a claim!! Why do I have to go through this frustration???

Your staff is unfriendly unhelpful self-righteous arrogant loathsome people who refuse to help and I will NEVER recommend you for anything in my life. I will tell everybody how horrible your service is!!!! Please do not contact me again just to upset me and make my whole day unpleasant. It is an absolute disgrace and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
