No customer service from Std Bank Insurance

I have been trying for weeks to lodge a claim with standard bank insurance. The app doesn’t function properly. They don’t respond to emails on their designated claims address. When I try calling , they send me from pillar to post and then cut the call. It’s as if they go out of their way for you not to claim from them. You would think a company like this would have their customer service act together. I will be cancelling them ASAP.
