No customer service

Maybe by complaining on hellopeter I will get some sort of response. Standard Bank Insurance is absolutely useless in customer service. I am trying almost two weeks now to get any response from them regarding a buildings claim that was cancelled by them immediately after I registered it.

Paying through your neck with service like this, it seems as if the ruling party of South Africa manage Standard Bank.
