No Customer Service

<p>My carpets needed replacing after the geiser broke. Standard Bank was quick to replace the geiser and to authorise a payment for me to get the carpets replaced, but thats where their service ended.</p> <p> </p> <p>After multiple calls to their call centre, and each consultant telling me the payment needs to be sent to "processing" I have still not received any communication or payment. I also have no email address to send a query to.</p> <p> </p> <p>thanks Standard Bank, now the contractors that replaced the carpets are knocking on my door for their money.</p>
