No correspondence on insurance claim

I logged a insurance claim with Standard bank insurance. Nobody respond to emails even though I said I cant be reached on my original mobile number as I am in Australia. I did supply them with my new mobile number, with no avail. No correspondence from standard bank insurance via email or phone. They are the worst insurance company I have worked with in my life.
