No contract for funeral cover

I have a funeral cover with standard bank, Patience is the consultant who called me and got me to join, she then promised that i will receive a contract in a few days if not hours, to this day i have no contract for my funeral cover, i have complained about this nothing was done.Please cancel the funeral cover? I want out!I will not pay for a cover which i do not even know the terms and conditions.Cancel please!
