No communication whatsoever

I have been trying to cancel my insurance. It is a nightmare!!!! You wait on the phone for over 30 minutes to be told "I am only taking messages please give me your name and number". You don't get a phone call back. You email them with only an automated reply. Again no one phones you. You leave a message online for someone to phone you STILL NO PHONE CALLS
