No communication in regards my funeral claim

Hi my name is Nkosinathi Sydwell Vilakazi. On the 27th of January 2022 I submitted a funeral claim at standard bank I have not received any communication from standard bank of my claim being received or being processed.i have no idea as to what is going on I don't know how far is the process it's a mission with standard bank even going to the branch is not helping cause you are asked to call funeral claims and their never answer am at a loss as to what to do now...help
