No communication

On 11 Feb I sent an email to *** za with a simple request to send me the claim forms for a Hospital Plan and to advise who I must send to forms. Received an auto response but I've still heard nothing more. On 17 Feb I sent an email to *** and they haven't bothered to reply. Who do I write to next, the CEO?
