No callback to date!!! 3 months later

Over 3 months of calling…same response we will call you back and never do they return call, i need to amend bank details, every month get told my cover is decreasing. If i die today no one will take it into consideration thats its YOUR fault that premiums are not up to date…I see based on the reviews im not the only one going through this, you a big organisation to not have proper resource management for client seevices…if I dont get a call back by Monday 18 March…please cancel my policy and REFUND all premiums paid!policy FUN***
