No beedback

<p>I lodged a claim with Standard bank on the 26th of July for damage caused to my carport from the hail storm.</p> <p>The damage has caused considerable inconvenience to me.</p> <p>An assessor did come out to my premises, however since then I have heard nothing furtehr from Standard Bank. I have contacted them several times, only to be told someone will contact me. It is now 2 weeks and no one has contacted.</p> <p>As the damage was limiting access to my garage, I had to remove the damaged carport myself in order for me to gain access to my vehicle</p> <p> </p> <p>please could someone contact and let me know the progress of my claim???</p>
