No assistance

Zero stars should be an option. I logged a claim via the app for a broken sliding door glass and was phoned. Then I was promised a glazier would come the next day(friday). No contact. Tgen I saw the claim was closed. The number on the app for queries "does not exist". I logged a new claim. Also that clain was closed without any action or communication. No I still have no glass in that 1.5m door. Pathetic.
