NO answer on insurance claim

<p>I had damage in September 2016 due to that heavy rain we experienced, and i am still waiting for a response regarding my claim form standard bank. their staff dont have any customer serivce as they never return my calls, and have no answer ever for me. The only answer you get is they waiting for photos and reports from the assessor. They dont have a problem taking my insurance money every month, but to do a misrable payout is like pulling their teeth. i definately will be cancelling with them and looking for an insurance comany who will payout when you have a claim.</p> <p>Standard bank insurance you are pathetic</p>
