No answer from call centre
I am trying to put in a claim for rain damage.
Held on from 4:45 till way after 5. Seems like they go home at five and whoever is in the queue can go to hell..

02 Nov 2017, 16:44As you guys have not bothered to contact me I am trying to get hold of your brokers again, I have now been on hold for 28 minutes. Absolutely disgusting. If you cannot deliver a proper service then rather do not offer it.
