No Action or Feedback on Insurance Claims.

The Claim was Registered on 08 February 2021 and I have not yet had an update or any communication from Standard bank Insurance regarding my claim.

I have received no response from insurance provider or service providers. I was promised a call before 11 this morning 16 February 2020.....and still NOTHING!!!!!!!!! I have a underground leaking pipe at my property and SBIC refuse to acknowledge and submit a report regarding the leak detection test that was never done!!!!!
