Nightmare service ever

I took vehicle insurance with Standard bank Insurance two week ever since I have been waiting for tracker company to call me I called to do a follow with the broker told me that tracker company has been trying to get hold of me but my phone is off what a stupid excuse I got but just to be polite knowing that my phone is never off told her to send me an sms if my phone is off .what annoyed me more is they were so fast to debit they pro rate and they monthly premium but they service is as horrible as ever ....policy number SHS***
