Do yourself a favour and save yourself the headache.

We had a bust pipe that went through under our house, doing damage to our house & foundation.

They only cover R3000 for plumbing issues. this issue is property damage and plumbing. they kept sending the wrong people out, their plumber when they eventually came, couldn't do the job and gave up.

for more than 2 weeks we've been without water!!!!!!! The call center agents never call back, they cannot transfer you to the person that you spoke to previously, so you constantly have to explain and deal with someone new. we've given up!

We've been customers for 7 years! and when you need what you pay for, then there is endless headaches and issues!

We're done! We now have a massive water bill, plumbing bill & breaking & building bill that we have to cover ourselves, getting someone competent in doing the job.
