NEVER TOUCH STD BANK INSURANCE - STILL WAITING 2 MONTHS FOR COMPLETION
CASE: 22/108762 If you ever get given a consultant TRISHA DAVENARAIN - please NOTE, she does NOT exist!!! Trisha you give the entire STD Bank name a disgraceful reputation! as well as SIL Communication, HOC Claims, and anyone working at the STD Bank Insurance Dept. What a disappointment you are to the Brand of STD Bank!
I have a Home Loans claim since 5th January 2022. These repairs are still NOT done and completed. However TRISHA , nor any of the departments will ever reply to an email, not ONE reply since 5th Jan. Calling, the consultants can never get hold of TRISHA as she is at home and not answering her cell phone I am told. Time and time again, there is NO ONE who can assist with my claim. It is NOT completed.
STD Bank sends a company to quote once the claim has been lodged on the 5th Jan. This company SPRING GREEN TRADING 225cc is a JOKE! They take 2 weeks to come see the damage. Their 2 workers arrive at 6pm in the rain to do an assessment. Then SPRING GREEN TRADING does the absolute WORST repairs you could ever dream of! My aircon blades have been broken to pieces in the hail damage. They say they are going to "modify" the broken aircon cause they cant find the parts. Needless to say this would never work - so my aircon is STILL broken. These ***** at this company tell me that STD bank has assigned an aircon specialist to my claim now - *****!! When I call the insurance dept, NO ONE can see the company been assigned. I also wrote this on the documentation this **** company made me sign. STD BANK how could you even associate your name with this company in PMB?? They did other work too, which was all WORSE than before the damage, They are disgraceful and USELESS!!! And this is your chosen company - is anyone qualified enough to understand about BRAND!!??
I even emailed "Trisha" - the phantom employee of STD bank Insurance to say I would be putting this on Hello Peter if I cant get a reply soon. So if you want to save your company STD Bank, get RID of this TRISHA DAVENARAIN - because she is destroying your entire STD bank name!
I am waiting STD bank to complete these repairs on my aircon to my property. I will definitely give feed back on the response from STD bank on this post! and I will be sure to give the time-frame of reply, how long it took to actually come repair my incomplete damages, and if TRISHA actually exists!! STD Bank get someone who cares about your business to work for you - these people in PMB are an embarrassment to your name! Thank you

Next day the Social Media person for STD bank called me and said to please COPY them in on the quote, because Trisha had CLOSED the case!!! what the hell is going on there????
I have sent my quote 3 weeks ago now - still NOTHING from STD bank. Even the Social Media people did not answer my email!
I CANNOT get this sorted in any normal way - I am forced to complain on Hello Peter in any HOPE of getting a reply from STD bank and to sort out my claim! Its absolutely disgusting business STD bank Insurers.
I think a CLASS ACTION CASE should be brought against this company as I am not the only one in PMB facing this pathetic service from you! I am collecting names and info as I am writing! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH - no paying client should EVER be treated this way!

Today is the 11th April, and still NO ONE has contacted me at all. No call from any senior, no email, no contact at all. What on earth must I do to get my repairs completed?? Not even a explanation of what is happening.
I need someone to contact me and sort this out today!! From today I will be writing a new Hello Peter complaint every single day until my outstanding repairs have been sorted. It has now been FOUR MONTHS for STD bank Insurance to complete my query. I will not stop until you have investigated all levels of what appears to be ***** at STD bank insurance.
This needs to go to the legal department now.
