After ignoring my first email where I took photos of issues at my home Standard Bank Insurance has claimed that my house is not built correctly and will therefore not pay for the damages caused. After a quick internet search I found there were earth tremors near my home when I sent a picture of the damages the first time. But Standard Bank insurance has chosen to ignore that and tried to find a way to snake out of paying for damages caused by further earth quakes and homes being shaken. Lekker ***** ne.
