Negligence on funeral cover handling

I had a funeral cover with Standard Bank before 2010. Upon upgrading to a Cheque acc from Savings on their recommendation, they by failed to migrate this policy while everything else was migrated. Now my mother is above 75 and they say she can't be covered. My whole family has been exposed to risk of NOT having a funeral cover bcos of Standard Bank's negligence. I want the policy to be re-instated.
