Need my money back, SBIB ****ers

I've been having unauthorized debit of R53, 42 of which I don't even know the benefits, Ive been trying to reverse the debits but I'm unable as they are locked, cannot be reversed, I even tried several months to stop them but it's keep on debiting, I'm soo tired and annoyed of this, I'm one of those people who are not happy with SBIB MDR.
