MY CAR IS BEING REPAIRED - AND IT'S STILL IN MY GARAGE!!! WORK THAT ONE OUT

Minor ding - needs a new fender - 12 Maerch 2016. I get a few quotes as requested by SBI. Get sent to a panel beater in Boksburg. Claim is approved. Get told to take car to a franchise of the same name in MIDRAND...... i emailed standard bank Insurance and told them i would not be taking it to this panel beater - waaaaay to far, heard bad reports of them plus they needed 15 working days to replace a fender. I was told they would get back to me .... I'm still waiting .... Sent email a 2nd time - no response. Phoned today, was told to email consultant and upline supervisor - guess what both bounced back - she gave me wrong email addresses (I checked the addresses twice with her before we ended the call). My quote received from a local panel beater is to take 4 days to repair. BUT IT GETS EVEN BETTER - i've had sms's from said Midrand panel beater giving me updates on my car and THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE IT!!! Got another sms today saying thank you for entrusting my car to them ...... What a joke
