Good Day On the 16th of October, I had a quotation done by Proline and Sandton Auto Arc (BMW). Proline was the authorised repairer and the later called me to say my claim is authorised to take my car there. Previously (2016) I used Sandton Auto and they were my preferred panel beater. I then called Standard Bank insurance to change to Sandton Auto, of which they did however they gave Sandton Arc Proline quotation which had no mention of right front rim scratches. I then on the 24th called SBSA to advised them of the addition of which they told me they will load addition to the assessor and I must also call Sandton Arc to load additional. Today (25 Oct. 17) Sandton called me to say the additional was rejected by SBSA, I want to know from SBSA since your assessor took pictures how did you come to the conclusion that it was not part of the accident? From here the assessors claim is based entirely on assumptions not facts. My rim needs to be repaired for few scratches not even a new one, please clarify this
