My bank ****** me

Horrible horrible service at standard bank after having the account for so many years. This bank has ****** me. I have a car with them and for the past two months my car installment has been increased with R2 300 rand reason being the bank decided to get Hollard car insurance for me. I have always had car insurance and they just did that without my permission. I have never taken any products with Hollard. Is this even lawful. Now I have 2 insurances pulling from my account and they refuse to refund my money with immediate effect. I am so disappointed. How do they just do this. The trust has been broken.
