Multi-claimant terminated insurance

So my claim was approved for R45700 some change. After struggling to get a payout from them, they then sent me R25000 and later sent me the letter of confirmation for the 25k. The very next day, they emailed me, telling me that I must look for another insurer as they are terminating my contract. They claim I'm a MULTI-CLAIMENT... HOW DOES STANDARD BANK WORK???
