Mud and Stones to break my Bank

I would like to lay a formal complaint and refund request to your department. My current claim on Saturday 21/025858 was caused by negligence by the service provider from this claim reference 21/010179.

I was told on Saturday that my drain blocked due to mud and stones as your previous service provider did not fasten/tighten my IE and after it rained my drain blocked.

I had to pay Saturday for service that was above an hour, they promised me they would provide a report to you guys as to what was the cause. Please get somebody to view this report and refund my money back.

I have attached the invoice I paid on Saturday and I am disputing this cost to me as the blockage did not happen naturally and was negligence on your service provider side
