MU Primary Sms fee

Standard bank has taken a fee called MU Primary Sms fee of R21 without my permission second Month in a row. I tried numerous times contacting the call centre to have it reversed or resolved but no answer you just hold for minutes on end not matter when you call. Unsatisfied customer
