Standard bank funeral cover insurance and their life cover they have a poor customer service, my husband passed on the 02 August 2021 till today they didn't reales the funds I've sent all the documents they wanted from me. Now they are telling me nonsense of they want the statement of the person who was going with my husband the time he was getting shot. Where am I going to get that person I'm not a policeman.ive been paying for this since 2014 I'm really disappointed about standard bank when they want use to join they don't tell us all of these nonsense.the only thing that they do they keep on sending their stinging emails to remind my husband to pay their policy how is he going to pay because he passed on they just frustrating me more they dont check before they send their boring emails that this person I've put a claim for him all thy want is premiums I'm sooo disappointed about their services. You will wait on their call center for 2 hour before they answer their damn phone😢💔💔💔💔
