I was insured with Standard Bank Insurance and my car was involve in car accident on the 23 January 2022 and I reported the incident on 24 January 2022, the person who dealing with my claim was Ms Phumzile Ngcombela. I received a great assistance from her regarding my claim, she was always updating me regarding the status of claim everyday either by phoning or email. She was very kind, helpful and patient with me. I really appreciate the assistance offered to me by her. Also we have already concluded everything regarding my claim. I commend the company for employing her.
