Mr Matlala-Excellent customer service/Standard bank

Thank you for the service, on the 1st September i visited a Kuilsriver branch for a quiry in my funeral policy, a consultant put me on a phone to speak to a consultant at the funeral insurance departments, the service was excellent from the consultant in the branch not to mention. Mr Moses Matla who assited me taking me step by step on how and what i need to do, tk help with my quiry, the level of patience was on another level. Thank you so much.

I must say it is for these reasons that i will remain with Standard bank, once again keep up the good work Mr Matlala
