Good day I am 48 years old stayed in Mamre Western Cape I had a housing bond at Standard bank for 15 years. I put in a claim wear my house was damage by a storm during September month this year, where some parts of my house was damage and they said I neglect my house due to maintenance. I said that I paint my roof in may 2017 and my house, but the storm lift the *****s and the rain went on to the ceilings and in the kitchen my built in cupboards was also damage by a pipe which goes into the tab. I attach the letter of the bank also. I will sent a copy of letter of Standard bank
