MOVING OUR HOMELOAN AND INSURANCE ELSEWHERE

We've recently claimed for our ****** laundry that was hanging in the washing line as well as a living room carpet. Our carpet claim was declined as they allocated it to the laundry. They are so clever they told us that we can only get up to a maximum of R2500 for the ****** laundry. so my carpet which cost me 6000 was unclaimable. Standard Bank ****** us of the laundry claim as well as the nil carpet which they did not pay out. Im so furious. We are busy moving our homeloan into another bank. The carpet was on the paving getting aired. so how can it be laundry? ****************.
