Moving Forward by Holding Clients Back

There are no words to describe this sorry excuse of an insurance company, it is despicable the manner in which clients are treated. I lodged a complaint on the 22/11/2017 after weeks of following up and trying to get someone to come and check the damage to my property they send some idiot out 3 weeks later after more storm damages gutters filled with leaves due to the storm and says that the claim is rejected because of maintenance, a branch had fallen and knocked out the side board and they claim I removed it..Really. You are the ****** I would not deliberately sabotage my home.
