Motor Vehicle insurance high premiums not reviewed

At the beginning if the hearing phone standard bank insurance ,requesting them to review my motor vehicle insurance,the car is over 200 000 km and im paying R1399.00 which is not fair. The access is R4500 . I requested review ,phoned and followed up with an email no reponse. Escalated it ,theybare never available to assist client
