Motor Insurance claim pay out

Having an extremely frustrating time dealing with getting a claim paid out. No one reads and replies to emails. Their attorneys PWV Inc Attorneys (Nomthandazo Mgadi handled this claim) have left this to go on since April 2023. Nothing gets done, no one calls to update on the progress, she doesn't reply to emails. I am at the mercy of call centers!
