Motor accident insurance claim process

Started off very slow with multiple follow-ups needed, loss of documents, interim-switching of consultants. Also, I was left in the dark about 80% of the process (wasnt sure what would be covered, what not, third party claims still unknown to me). HOWEVER once i found a person with drive and motivation (Phumi P N) it all worked out very fast and was turned around in a few days.
