Most Pathetic Insurance ever!

If there was a zero star rating i would have given that.In fact the word star does not belong in the same sentence as standard bank insurance.Cape Town had a gruesome storm last month .I made the claim on the 15th and up until today I am the one that has to do follow ups after an assessment was done at my house.For crying out loud how does it take more than month to assist someone who had his roof has blown off?
